ABOUT
Gaillard Chocolate was created during the lockdown as small business ran from home producing hand-made chocolates. But also offering packaging prototyping service and support with graphic design from logo to illustration.
A little bit about my background,
I trained as a pastry chef in France in 1996 and moved to the UK in 1999.
I have been working in different types of establishments throughout my career, from canteen to somewhat high end hotels and restaurants, being a pastry chef in 2 rosette establishment producing fine dining.
I take pride in doing a good job that pleases both the eye, and taste buds.
